Great post! As a mother of three :), I am also well-aware of the necessity of summoning strength and carving out time for myself while dealing with the challenges of limited time and resources.
I am only about 6 months into a regular, twice-a-week yoga practice, but it is 'it' for me. I am able to leave all the stresses of the day behind for an hour when I step on the mat, and I get both my exercise and spiritual needs fulfilled. Since I swing by and pick up a friend on the way, I also get a mini-social outing as well!
I just went to my first inversion workshop, and my goal is to now have a regular yoga practice at home on the off-days when I don't go to a class. Alternating inversions with plank poses to build strength leaves me feeling exhilarated!

We LOVE Bruzwear pants and shorts. We do NOT hike without them! They have saved my child's knees during dozens and dozens of falls on rough terrain hikes. Thank you!
